★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude staff member in the shop today. I used to love this place so tried to pop in in between flights. Waited a while for it to open at 10am, then was told I needed to wait while they set up the shop. I asked if I could look around while they set up, and the staff member said yes. Then she approached me and said she meant I could look through the window. Had to then leave without visiting so I didn't miss my flight. Really sad to have missed out and this lady ruined my morning.
