★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roberta was super patient and helpful — one of the screws of my sunglasses fell off and it was a bit challenging to fix as the lens was round and required multiple tries to put it in the right direction. Her kind helpful was really appreciated!!!

Staff Mr Aiden was warm friendly and personable and assisted me adjusting my glasses that was collected from another company that is not related with OPSM and I was at st lukes and my new glasses was pinching behind my ears causing a headache. OPSM staff Mr Aiden showed professionalism when I called out of desperation. Def will go to OPSM for all my future optical needs. My glasses were adjusted and no longer pinch! Thanks heaps OPSM. Service 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed I ordered contact lenses had paid $138.00 for them in store and went back to see if they have arrived. The guy that served me hadn’t even placed the order now I have to wait 2 weeks for my contacts to come through. All I got was a sorry. Would have been nice if I got some sort of discount or a voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan was really patient and showed me a variety of frame styles to choose from. He gave his input whenever I asked him and was very accommodating throughout the frame selection process. He even allowed me to look at the frame he was wearing, which I ultimately ended up purchasing for myself. The range of brands and frames available at the St Lukes store is superior compared to the other OPSM stores I have visited and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However, it can sometimes be challenging to get a staff member to attend to you as the store is usually quite busy.

He has Very good customer service and an excellent help when it comes to selecting a frame! He was very thorough with my Mother and made it easier for her to get used to the glasses. Thanks OPSM!
