★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rather small shop and very-very clean. The interior feels modern as well as too sanitised. The product is certified no animal harmed. Pricing are quite reasonable. Staff members are friendly, and will let you browse in peace and if you need help they'll happily assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service, went in for xmas gift, 4 young woman staff were talking across the shop very loudly to each others, ignoring customers browsing, not engaging at all. Finally after some time I had to butt in to their chat to ask about a product. Would be really disappointed if I owned this shop and were paying these wages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a foot moisturizing cream, but didn't like the smell of the hemp foot balm. The sales assistant pointed out the body butters as an alternative. I bought the olive one and after using it for a few weeks twice daily find it doesn't work. My skin is dry and peeling off. The Weleda Skin Food I used to use works much better and I only needed to use it once daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience. Had a new staff member take me round the shop. Had no idea what I was looking for but left with the presents for all the ladies in my family. Knowledgeable, friendly and just amazing staff and the added gift wrapping g was the deal breaker.
