★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Were in Auckland for 1 day. Checked Athlete's Foot St Lukes store hours. Said it closes at 6pm on Sunday. Arrived at 5.40pm website said closing soon 6pm. The shop girl was inside but refused to serve us even when I showed her the hours on my phone. Very disappointing.

Sales staff friendly and i stood and walked on the machine and they worked through option as the shoes that the foot science machine recommended were too tight and small.
We looked at some asics option as I had delibritly worn my old shoes as I loved them.
New shoes felt gd in the shop.
Then I went for my first walk..my right heels got rubbed raw !! Took them back and showed them my huge blister.
They were not interested at all..so go with alot of caution..
As i did not go with the shoes they recommended as they were all too tight, and not a good feel or fit for me and because of that there is no come back for me...unless I buy another pair if shoes..which I simply cannot afford.
I have an expensive pair of shoes I cannot wear!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased shoes for my daughter after the store person checked her feet size. Store person suggested a shoe based on the measurement from the machine. But after a week my daughter is complaining that the shoes are very tight from top and she don't want to wear it. So better to check the size and fit once again even though store person suggested.
As shoes were used couple of times and length is correct, they said cannot change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales lady was happy and helpful, but I felt her happiness wane when I enquired about the track shoes on sale. It just seems absurd that for a non neutral shoe there's no sale on those items. Track shoes very expensive.
