★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible experience! I was booked at 11.00am 24/09/2021. When I arrived in Thames I realised my eptpos card was in my mobile phone at home. I drove 17 km to home to collect them. On arrival at home I phoned & asked if it was ok if I was a bit late as had to drive 17 kms back. I was told yes just come in it will be fine. On arrival I was told I was 5 minutes late and come back at 2.30. I explained I had made a courtesy call and was told it was ok but the young guy jumped in and kept saying come back at 2.30!! How rude. He kept saying it so I could see I was not going to get any customer service and left. I went to Paterson Burn a couple of doors down. They were very accommodating so they will now have my business for new glasses
