★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optometrist is brilliant but the staff was weird.When I entered the shop,he asked me loudly if my old glass frame was of cheap quality. He kept on repeating the same thing for the whole time I was there. I was not even there to get new frames.
Felt bad and judged. I think it's none of his business if my frame is of cheap quality or expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment booked for the week of the August Lockdown 2021 which understandably was cancelled. Fast forward to Nov/Dec and OPSM have made no attempt to contact me - I do appreciate I am not the only person who had an appointment cancelled.
I rang to ask if I could be booked in and if the fact I was booked in August would help with getting a booking and they said no and couldn’t book me in for a few weeks.
Other appointments I had booked in August and September actively got in touch with me during the lockdown to rebook or at least touch base.
Another OPSM I rang said that they are rebooking in order of priority from August 2021… why can Papakura not do this?

I am offered available services, products and options to help me make an informed decision when buying and choosing my eye wear too. Nothing is too much trouble.
