★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are ill from bad lifestyle choices, they have lots of support and extra or free services for you (obesity, diabetes, smoking etc)... But since I was born with a serious neurological condition and I am careful with my diet and exercise, I have been refused treatment or even acknowledgement by their GP services. I have actually had to ask another health service where I can go to get a GP in Porirua that is willing to speak to a white person with a serious illness that was not self-inflicted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only getting voice machine everytime i call. Ora toa has turned our medical centers into a complete mess. This is a nuisance. You need call staff, you make enough money to do so. Very unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ shocking communication, nothing on website about changes over Xmas time, get an appointment to find out they not open on that day. come back normal working day they not open and heaps of people waiting outside and still doors not open and no signs on doors or windows saying otherwise. so frustrating yet u turn up late u have take another time.
