★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this sharp plastic piece in the wrap of the beef wrap i got for lunch. As I was requesting a refund in the shop, they are serving other wraps to people without checking anything.
The owner/manager(an Asian lady) is a racist. I was saying maybe they should check the ingredients to see if they are contaminated. Out of blue, with zero context leading to this, she told me the wraps are ordered from China and looked at me in a condescending way. Yes I am Chinese and I’m proud of who I am. You can’t blame your own racist money-grabbing behavior on your Chinese suppliers. hehe.

Lots of meat and celery. Great for me go protein and low carbs.
Very tasty too. Will be ordering again :)

No matter how much you pay, (like me, almost $500) the service is just so so or terrible what I’ve got.
My first visit for Christmas gifts was amazing, second visit for Easter today, was a bit dissatisfied and disappointed.
And the staff put WRONG spoons instead what i ordered, so when I called back to her she blamed me as I picked up TOO EARLY. Instead of apology of her mistake.
And she said I have to spend my time to visit to pick up again or there’s no way.
It’s not exceptional attitude to be honest.
When I arrived, no packing(okay, Easter holiday, fair enough), but I saw she already collected the spoons(wrong), so there’s no excuse. And I said “Take your time, no rush.” Twice.
And before they put the invoice before I mentioned, but this time I had to ask.
Not sure I will buy a lot again or not. Won’t and don’t want.
I realised that only one visit can make you feel terrible and change the good and nice brand image to terribly bad because of only ONE person.
I believe that if you serve your client truly well, then think about what the client want instead of fighting or arguing. The person chose second way, which is able to destroy all the relationship and truths with the shop.
If the manager was there, then the service would be different. I don’t think she is a manager.
Terrible service I’ve ever had in Wellington. Such a big shame.
