Bit different with other Chinese restaurant that I have been . Good food , good ambience, nice customer service. Will recommend with 5 star ratings

β β β β β I went with my family. When we arrived we got seated but no one came to assist us for ten minutes. No menu or water. Until I called out to them and a waiter finally arrives. Poor service. The food was below average and the prices aren't cheap. Don't think I'll be going back.

β β β β β Food was average. Price is expensive for the amount you get. The DM (I assume) was rude. Will not return. Nice atmosphere - that's it. Smoking at entrance was unacceptable, especially in front of customers.

β β β β β Have a lunch here was a pleasure, the decorations were traditional and give you the feeling of traditional Chinese cuisine and culture, rare find in nowadays and a bit surprising in New Zealand. The environment was nice and the food was very balanced and good taste, the best Chinese I've tried. High recommended.

The wontons had a weird taste as did the salt and pepper chicken, maybe you need to change your oil.
The sweet and sour chicken was ok, but the fried rice was boring and barely fried at all. Won't be goung back

β β β β β Lovely relaxed atmosphere and polite and friendly service.
My meal all round was nice lovely, crispy wontons for entree with dipping sauce and fluffy rice with sweet n sour pork for main, however my son ordered stir fry beef and 80% of the meat was chewy and to hard too eat above all great experience
