★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. Private pools are urgently in need of a makeover and maintenance, full charge when bubbles not working was a bit harsh I thought. We do enjoy going to these pools so hopefully things will improve soon. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and nice garden around the pool. The only minus is it's only one pool (other 2 are private and it costs extra) and it had a lot of plant debris and some insects floating around but understand that it is an outdoor pool so it happens. Staff is super helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always loved this place, only thing was when the lady told my 2 & 4 year olds they can’t eat their peanut butter sandwich as it was made at home. That’s pretty low, I mean who does that, actually stopped us from ordering our meals. Other than that, great pool and area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely hot swim and our lunch from the restaurant was great. We went on a Wednesday so did the Swim/Lunch deal. Great value compared to other hot pools in the area. Only one pool which was perfectly adequate for us. Great shower and change rooms. The ladies in cafe were super friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed Oropi hot pools and Cafe. Nice time at the hot pools. Kids enjoyed a lot. Nice clean bath rooms including shower and place to change. Plenty of picnic places, water slide. Hot and yummy foods from the kitchen. You can sit under a tree and have a nice chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a hidden gem. Excellent facilities. Service was great from the moment we walked in. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the private spa. Even more so with the open roof as it was raining. The hot spring pool is very well maintained and it was very quiet for a Saturday lunch soak. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a hot spring spa and soak.
