About The Coffee Club Tauranga Crossing

Founded on Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee, The Coffee Club experience is more than just a transaction, it’s a moment made for you. Today we aim to become the world’s most loved and relevant cafΓ© chain. From the very beginning, The Coffee Club was founded on family, friends and customer need. The founding idea was to create a place that was more than just somewhere for people to meet for coffee; it would be more casual, comfortable yet sophisticated, stylish yet affordable.

From a single store, which opened in November 1989 at Brisbane’s Eagle Street Pier, to more than 300 cafes throughout Australia, 65 in New Zealand, 60 in Thailand, 30 in the UAE, and cafes in Maldives, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and China. The Coffee Club has established itself as an iconic household name and preferred venue for millions of coffee drinkers throughout the Asia Pacific region. We now employ more than 6,000 employees and serve more than 40 million coffees annually in our 400 plus cafes globally.

The Coffee Club New Zealand has a strong presence in Auckland but you’ll also find our cafes in many regional areas including Hamilton, Tauranga, Hastings, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown, Taupo, Rotorua, Warkworth and Cambridge.

Despite our name, The Coffee Club is about much more than just excellent coffee.  At The Coffee Club you’ll find a large range of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals available at any time of the day. So if you want bacon and eggs at 4pm or a gourmet beef burger at 10am, it’s no trouble at The Coffee Club. As long as we are open we are serving our full menu!

The Coffee Club offers two types of dining experiences; a fully licensed, extended hours Cafe Bar Restaurant with full table service and an extended menu, and a Cafe store, which is typically located in high pedestrian areas and shopping centres and focuses on all-day light meals, breakfasts and snacks with counter service. As well as a comprehensive menu, we also offer a large variety of impossible-to-resist sweets including cakes, slices, muffins and biscuits and, of course, Excellent Coffee with The Coffee Club Signature Blend!

With cooperative efforts to promote more socially responsible corporate policies, The Coffee Club is constantly offering support and funding to local communities and schools and contributing to environmental initiatives. Each year, The Coffee Club New Zealand raises over $100,000 in charity donations towards beneficiaries such as KidsCan, SPCA New Zealand, local communities and schools.

From the feeling of your first sip coffee in the morning, to the joy of sharing a laugh over a meal with best friends, to a moment of pure indulgence as you take that first bite of heavenly chocolate cake, it all starts with a feeling. It is your happy place and it all takes place at The Coffee Club. Your happy place.

Terrible coffee to strong asked for a toasted white bread chicken mayonnaise wasn't toasted had to send it back twice for what I had crosley overcharged, couldn't believe 4 aervice people and such awful service . No ware.ford.it say you close at 4.00pm tables wdre clearef and packed indoor by 3.30pm while 4 other people/Couples were there and the packing up and closing was done. On my option a shocking experience .

Nice hot latte. I'm not sure why a med latte $6.10 is dearer than a med flat white at $5.90. But a triple shot of coffee is not extra. ?

Ordered two iced mochas, a classic eggs bene with bacon and the muesli. Coffees were delicious however the food was disappointing. The poached eggs were quite undercooked, the bacon was pale and chewy, and the whole dish was Luke warm. The almond milk that came with the muesli had seperated and tasted sour. Neither of us finished our meals and partner didn’t feel well when we got home.

Sat down and was quite surprised at the cost of the food when compared with a higher end restaurant, Dixie browns is actually cheaper! and given I was served up tough Chicken and my partner old lettuce! Pain save is just next door. My daughter's bread was so tough I couldn't cut it. We were the only people there so if they want to keep going. Improve!!!!!

The price expensive. Quality poor . The seafood basket.... Over cooked fish, a lemon wedge so small I managed to get 4 lemon drops out of it, dead lettuce hidden under fresh leaves in my salad. No cutlery we had to raid 4 tables to get 4 sets of cutlery, empty salt container on table a one serviette per table. Half our meals came out ten minutes earlier than the rest. Asked for tomato sauce twice. Cleaner mopping around table whilst we were eating. No vaccine pass check on 3rd April 2022.

Overpriced, poor service, and a long wait on the food which is poor quality. Had to wait a while an then my toddler's child's meal came out 10 minutes after ours, not sure why it took so long to make a pancake!! an the pancake was extremely sickly covered in a syrup like chocolate sauce an more like cake consistency. We weren't provided cutlery an when asked for an extra plate the male staff member seemed stressed about it as he was making coffees an didn't say goodbye. My brunch wasn't tasty or filling. The only nice thing was the coffee an I like the way they keep the door closed so it's not cold/comfortable inside, stick with a coffee an cake from the cabinet. Dined 4th August.

Lovely place to have a coffee and food. I had eggs bene and a capachino, wasn't so busy either which I like. The food was really yum and coffee was really good. First Cafe I've been to for a while that hasn't given me burnt coffee or popping hot to the point I burn my tongue. Was just right.
