★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite beaches on the coromandel peninsula. Great swimming and diving at both ends with good cover from the pohutukawa trees in the summer.
The sand is white and the water is crystal clear.
Not alot of people most of the year so there is always time to stop and breath and relax here.
Parking is at both ends and a long drop toilet on the eastern end of the beach in a grassy carpark.
It is a gravel road to get here but in my opinion well worth the drive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not quite sure why this swing would be called a tourist attraction? A rope hanging from a tree with a bit of wood on the end. However the beach is absolutely stunning!!!
