★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a quick drink and snack after work. I ordered the loaded wedges and they were beautifully cooked, with generous amounts of cheese and bacon. It was a huge serving, too much for one, but really delicious. Service was quick and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped into Rotorua to rest before continuing on my journey and decided to pay a visit to Our Backyard Pub for a whiskey and a beer.
The outdoor area was quite relaxing and the weather was particularly idyllic.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and the clientele were chattering away enjoying their afternoon brewsky, which was comforting to see.
The staff were so kind and welcoming, which I appreciated very much. I was able to get some work done and make some phone calls without disruption. I was thankful to have that moment of peace.
I highly recommend this place if you wish to get away, even if it were just for a moment and relax in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
