★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were professional and very prompt in their interactions with us. Installation of the ducted system went well enough, but there was no mention of the requirements for ongoing filter maintenance.
Finally, although the system is quiet, efficient, and warms our house quickly in winter (and cools it in summer), the heating function is surprisingly expensive to run; much more so than was suggested when Oxy Air staff did an onsite inspection.
All in all, we're happy, but it's not a cheap heating option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy with our experience with Oxygen Air in Hamilton. We've had our ducted heatpump (installed through the bedrooms/half the house) for about two years now and we love it. We all sleep in comfort no matter the season and it gives great piece of mind with young children over the winter months. They helped us find the right heating/cooling system for our needs and we're stoked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially organising installation was a wee bit of a kerfuffle, but Covid hassles were a big part of that.
Friendly and accommodating team looking to infer the best value for money. Installation was as non-invasive as they could make it - considering all of us were at home, they did a really great job.
The system works well. We will see what impact it has on our power bills this winter. It did significantly increase them over summer so that they matched our previous year's winter usage in July. Summer was hot and humid and I still prefer the higher power bills than living in an oven.
It is keeping the home dry and we don't have a condensation problem any more.
I would still like someone to come around to show me how to clean the filters.

They confirmed where i wanted the installation and were done in a timely manner. They went through a quick demo of how to use the aircon unit and cleaned up their mess and left. I Would definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The installers did a great job. They took time to explain how the remote worked for heat or air con. The heat pump is wonderful in winter, and heats a large area very quickly. I love the air con in summer too. Wish we had got this sooner. Would really recommend to others.
