★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new smeg free standing oven and it was not working properly. I waited for the staff in Te Rapa to get in touch with the repair agent for two weeks and they did sent the email to the wrong place. When I told them they sent it wrong and they sent the email again to the wrong place. I made so many phone calls and their customer service was really bad, they did not even try to solve the problem. By the end I have to sort it by myself. If there is a zero option I would rate them zero. Never recommend to buy anything from this place. By the way if you make a complaint they never get back to you. I do not think they care about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write reviews, but the customer service here was poor. Staff need a shake up. Lots of staff on Friday standing around day dreaming. I asked for help and was told they were busy. So we found a mobile we wanted to purchase and were standing at the checkout. Three staff stood there doing nothing and just looked at us and had to be told by their supervisor to serve us. The phone we wanted was out of stock but was still on display for sale. So, we then found another phone that we wanted and stood at the checkout waiting for someone to serve. Same thing had to wait to be served. We waited for staff to look for the phone we wanted. 10 minutes of waiting and then we were told to move aside so other customers could be served. By this time we were frustrated and left. Brought a phone from a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very spacious but everytime I come here, they don't have enough staff helping especially when you need to grab a product that are locked. Today, I was waiting for someone to come by to unlock a product for about 10mins. In the end, I went to the counter to ask for help, there were about 5 staff members behind the desk and only one person being served. This seems to be a reoccurring practice in this store, just read the reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large store with a wide range of products. From the first phone call the staff provided A grade service and this was followed up by the Customer Service Team when I arrived in store.....absolutely top notch service again, followed up 24hours later with an email and a text to say the problem had been resolved. When I went back to the store to pick up my cake mixer the staff were once again quick, helpful and extremely accommodating.....100% recommend this store and their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into store today, with purchase in mind. Went directly to what I wanted but wanted to ask questions. Looked around. 1 staff member talking to customer, 1 looking busy on computer and 4 others standing behind service counter. They were all busy talking to each other, watching customers but no move to help help anyone. After waiting for 10 minutes, I gave a final look after many and shook my head and left. Went to their opposition and received awesome and prompt service and ending up buying two products instead of one.
Word to staff at Noel Leeming Te Rapa - you are there to help and serve your customers not wait for them come you, that is how you miss sales and returning customers and I presume that is what you are paid for. I will not recommend this store to anyone, in fact I would dissuade people from shopping here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get some of the best deals from here. Online ordering is good. I recently ordered something and it was misdirected by the courier company. I went into Noel Leeming in Te Rapa to get it sorted. It was just before Christmas so everything was crazy. I had to wait 30 min for the customer service rep to find out what was happening. She got the parcel redirected and the item was delivered the same day (in time for Christmas) she went above and beyond to get things fixed. She had also arranged for another item for me to pick you up if the delivery didn't happen. Awesome work ?
