My daughters bike was 6 months old, and took it in to ask if they could check what was wrong with the gears and breaks; old guy refused to even look at it and very rudely just told me to try and come back next month β¦ wouldnβt even take 2 minutes to look at it and kept saying no no no β¦ absolutely shocking service; will NEVER buy from there again and would suggest you avoidβ¦ Went to Bike Barn and they happily looked at it, fixed the problem and for no chargeβ¦ they have a new customerβ¦ will be never ever shopping here again β¦

β β β β β Would definitely recommend this place. The guy that works in the store was very helpful when weβre choosing a bike for our 9 year old he also put the bike stand on it and a water bottle holder in the shop. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience
