β β β β β Great shopping experience. Friendly and available staff plus great prices for some products. We have a buying discount code and it saves so much money. Impressive displays of tents and camping gear. Helpful to sit in the camping chairs before purchasing them which I appreciated.

β β β β β Brought a Torpedo7 Bike Repair Workstation with Quick Release.
The first set has lots of rust spots and has paintwork defects.
A replacement set is worst than the first. It has the same paintwork defects and rust spots, on top of one of the foot is offset, does not sit flat on the ground.
Went back the third time still be same, so I got a refund at the end.
I wrote a review in their website, but was filtered out. So it appears to me that T7 is hiding all the bad reviews. Their published review cannot be trusted. Beware of this unethical business practices.

β β β β β I bought a bike in store early mid Dec. We were made aware that itβll be ready for collection sometime after Christmas.
Weeks go by, and we never heard back from Torpedo. I followed up with them this month (February) and spoke to someone from their customer services team, who advised me that the bikeβs already in store and I should receive an email confirming that the bike is ready for collection shortly.
I never received an email. Furthermore, I then followed up again a day later and spoke to a second rep who called Torpedo in Westgate and was advised that I can go in and pick up the bike.
The communication was very appalling!!!!! We waited two months for the bike and I had to follow up with Torpedo on two separate occasions. My daughters bike would have been sitting in the store even longer if I had not followed up!
I was not happy, and so I emailed their email address on the 8th of February, requesting a call back and to date I have not heard anything further from their manager. For a store that sells their products at extortionate prices they need some coaching on bettering their deficient communication to ensure better customer outcomes!
