★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and paid for upsized chips with the order through drive-through and at the window ask the worker to please check the order as we have had items missing or wrong before from this store and get told "everything is correct and in there 100".... get home to karori and the chips are small and no receipt in the bag call the store 10 time and no answer as probably dealing with all the other orders they mess up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought kfry with me and my partner, and it was horrible.
The chicken felt like it was 3 days old and really smelt, and it looked really bad.
Obviously had really bad stomach ache after eating it. I buy kfc from lower hurt and they seem to be good, kilbirnie KFC has really gone downhill.
On a positive note, I can finally start that diet as I am seriously put off by fried chicken now

The young lady that served us was very polite and friendly.
Service with a smile even though she had a long day at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found maggots on the fried chicken. We bought fired chicken for lunch.We found the maggots around 8pm. I went to the store and asked the why there have maggots and how solve this problem.They just replace the problem fried chicken. I asked them that’s how you guys solve the problem? They said yes.That’s all what we can do:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What the? Well this isn't cool!! Kfc Kilbirne you have really failed at my order. And this I will notbe returning.
Ordered a meal via kfc website with delivery option.
Not only were you over an hour late, you got the order completely wrong.
And who adds vege patties to a tower burger? State you don't have hash browns!!!
Your rude service, when ph called, was disgusting.
Delivery service = FAIL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service over drive through order was good, however in person was non verbal and blank. I don't usually feel I have to check my order but as staff competency was questionable I checked to find we did not have our deserts. Staff seemed confused when I suggested the items were missing.
Disappointment again on presentation and effort to provide fresh chicken, it was dry and appeared to have been sitting for some time cooking under the lights.
Food poisoning was feared so we ate potato and gravy only and chocolate moose were completely frozen through.
Do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last visit to this store was big disappointment for me. I got 4 small pieces of chicken when I ordered wicked fix. It's not like in my previous visits. Then most tables don't have chairs available. It's good one customer has just finished their meal and kindly offered their spot. If not for them I would have eaten my meal standing up.
