β β β β β Typical PnS, it's very big with a huge carpark outside. Stocks everything you could ever need by way of food etc. Produce Dept is always well presented, and the quality is high.

β β β β β Not good, we looked up on their website the stuff we had to buy to check it was in stock at Westgate but when we got there they didn't have most of it. We used the self checkouts and the supervisor was breathing down our necks while we scanned everything, literally less than 2 metres away from us. When we mentioned how uncomfortable it made us feel she rudely snapped back "It's my job", uhm it's your job to be a a'hole and intimidate customers?
We will go to Lincoln Road next time, at least there they are helpful and polite.

β β β β β Our regular supermarket, do prefer it for some indefinable reason to our other near PaknSaves. Get on well with the checkout staff. ( not a criticism of the checkout staff at the others at all, just like this place better?)

β β β β β Spacious closed underground car park, check for pak & Sav fuel station attached to car park. Spacious and big super market with lot of choices and items with competitive price.
Many check outs and self service check out too. Busy store. Check your maps properly for way out to motor way or else you end up going long way for "U" turn.

β β β β β This store is always a hive of activity. It's my 2nd time in here, in as many days & if I meet one of the staff in the aisle or anywhere, I always thank them & acknowledge the effort they put in to their job. A simple gesture like that can be amazingly uplifting in hard times.
As for the store itself, its more evident now that there is a supply issue thanks to the increasing number of vacant spaces on the shelves. But the staff that work here continue to work diligently to maintain a really good standard of cleanliness and are constantly restocking the shelves.
I watch them continue to provide a service to the public, to the best of their ability & I really feel for them. It's so obvious by the body language that these people are simply exhausted, by the huge toll from being so short staffed & yet they don't let it show to the customers. So pls people, if you come to this store, show some empathy & give a little thanks to them for all their efforts.
(Parking can be a little "challenging" but have a little patience & you'll find a carpark soon enough)

β β β β β Excellent service, a good range of vegan foods, and competitively priced. Their click & collect service is easy to use, and is run by a good team of staff who are friendly at pick-up and go out of their way to resolve issues (that said, I've only had a problem once). The Pak'n'Save fuel station on site is handy to use due to its close proximity. It's very easy to pick up the weekly shopping then top up the gas tank in one go. We've been going to Westgate Pak'n'Save for a good few years now and will continue to shop here. Our compliments to the team.
