★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just rung because they had stuffed up my payments last week and whipped me with an extra $20, rung monday got a really nice lady and she said she would refund me the $20 if they were in the wrong so i rung the bank yesterday and yes they confirmed that i was in the right so i ring back today and got a very very rude lady on the phone just saying sorry theres nothing we can do. what is up with this one angry customer!! but we will still take your money out tomorrow
