β β β β β This is a very cosy, well equipped, very quiet, renovated, accommodation provider.
It has a great central location, the staff are lovely and smilingly helpful.
The cost reflected the amenities very fairly.
Naomi and I enjoyed the hospitality offered and will return.

β β β β β Looked good from highway, owner (male) dry personality, room ....neighbour behind watching us, heater didnt go above 17 degrees, stairway to room 1970s, never go back.

β β β β β Perfectly situated on Bay Hill, with close access to restaurants and shops, and also Caroline Bay. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Room was showing a little bit of age, but certainly nothing that a little bit of paint, new bedspreads ect wouldn't fix. Fastidiously clean, everything was spotless. Bathroom had been renovated, and looked nice and modern. Mind the tiles, they are super slippery! TV in the lounge, and in the bedroom. Balcony with a view over the far side of Caroline Bay. Access stairs to the upstairs rooms seemed a little bit richorty and wobbly.
One thing it really needs is better curtains! They were so thin and let in so much light! :/
Ample parking, and as mentioned before, walking distance to the CBD. Maybe a little bit pricey for what it is, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

β β β β β I found Reception staff rude and unfriendly,not welcoming..and was told that since I wasn't paying with a credit card I would need to pay a $250 deposit bond!!..

β β β β β I stayed here for roughly 3 weeks in two different units. First two weeks I was spoiled with a until that had views of the sea outside on the balcony on the top floor. Beautiful and a nice change, unit was beautifully clean and set up perfectly for us. I work night shift so I slept most of the day, however the walls are quite thin, you can hear everything going on outside. The only reason for a 4 star. The last week I had to check out then check in again due to more work. I had a different unit, one on the right of the reception flood level. It was quite spacious then the other one, however the only privacy this room had was when I shut all the curtains. You have 3 different access to outside. Front, side and back. Side and back has tables and chairs for smoking if you're a smoker. All in all it's a nice place to stay.

Mary who runs the motel is friendly and accomodating to my work and allowed me to stay a little longer.
Would totally stay again.
