β β β β β Usually have a lovely experience here but the person who served me today rudely told me I shouldn't have applied the customs sticker myself and twice my parcel was thrown onto the weighing machine hard enough that one of the items made a clunk sound. Wish I had of said something at the time, will avoid being served by them again.
