★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to find a book about Mars or Space for my grandson in the US. There was a pretty full range of space books on the shelves. I was able to Fi d that fitted the requirements. The staff that served me were really friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the staff. We are not from Hamilton and don't know our way around. We purchased Road User Charges from paper plus last time we were here and was told they don't do that anymore. When I asked where we could get them as we were from out of town all I was told was to look at the list posted outside the shop. This meant nothing to me as I didn't know where any of the places were, when I told the shop assistant this she just walked away and didn't want to know me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted send a small parcel to my 6yr old grandaughter - post shop was closed but can get stuff from Paper plus counter - Did what was wanted then as directed - posted my parcel into basket that was there - I didn't really feel comfortable to leave it but.. and I had put tracking on it - hopefully she will get her stuff
