★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaotic. Lines and lines of customers. Staff looked exhausted and overworked. I overheard one of the team members saying they hadn't had a break in 8 hours. Manager was called several times to assist when I was there but never showed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a painful experience. Took over an hour to print off two photos. Poor communication from staff, lots of people were upset about the slow process of the machines and waiting . No information from the staff about how long it would take . If you want photos printing off i would go to your local camera store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where everybody gets a headache. 29th Nov, 11:30ish, I was looking for a specific SD Card, Warehouse Stationary guys got asked to help and I didn’t worry much about the wait. They came back didn’t say anything Until I have to look for them and asked them. They simply replied that THE ADVERTISED PRODUCT perhaps somewhere at the back with new stocks that the Team haven’t unpacked yet. Far out, this is supposed to be an advertised item!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful staff - Molly. Helped me to create a christmas card after I hadn’t made the file correctly. Went out of her way to print it so that it came out just as I wanted it. Super pleased.

Four people including myself were waiting in line for 10 minutes to be served on the “paying” side and the worker just stood on the other side, never acknowledging any of us. Someone else went straight up to her and was served right away which left us confused and irritated. I am happy to provide her name if needed. Will be actively avoiding this place from now on.
