★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cot and car seat today, a big thank you to Angela who was so helpful and patient, answering all of my questions, taking multiple car seats out to my car to show me how to install them and the differences between them, and helping my mum squeeze the cot into the back of the car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently terrible customer service after a number of visit and different staff members. Customers are made to feel unwelcome. Tried to hire a car seat online - I was never contacted, staff insisted multiple times they had, multiple mistakes through out the hiring process. Friends have had similar experiences, including judgement from staff for buying bottles.

Felt glad I had the opportunity to raise my child in america and return home during her teenage life. Nz does have toy libabary I believe. Nice to check out the shop, decided to buy items when I have a actual date set to meet my 2nd cousins daughter.
