★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first two times I went was very good. I don’t know what happened today, the lady was very impatient, she had to repetitively do my left thumb 3 times. When I questioned her about the blot on my nail she not only did not respond but just literally jammed my left hand back into the lights.
Was quite appalled this time to be honest. This doesn’t look like professional nails at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE. BEST. NAILS. SALON. EVER! Being a woman, getting my nails done are absolutely crucial, especially going through what they called “mid-life-crisis”. My first impression of the shop is super clean. I don’t know about y’all but I take cleanliness seriously. The staffs are also skilled and talented nail artists. Eventhough the shop is always busy, I never felt rushed through my service and never had I once been disappointed by the quality either. This place here is top quality service for such affordable price. Well done team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited to shop and asked for gel manicure. I told her that it is for my wedding and while doing manicure she injured my finger and it was bleeding. I was very upset as it was my left hand where i suppose to wear ring.
Then they asked me to wait for 10 mins for pedicure but it took them more then half n hour to notice me. In the end i have to cancel and leave as i waited for long.
The lady who served me was in a hurry to attend other customers that why she injured my finger.
I cannot explain how upset i was with there service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had basic manicure with gel. The result was bumpy and one finger even got a small hair stuck and cured. Some fingers have very obvious brush strokes left. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for 4 years, and today was the first time I’ve had a bad experience, I had my eye brows waxed. she started waxing my brows the wax was way too hot it was burning my skin and I said to her it was too hot, she kept going saying she was sorry, she started trying to the pull the wax off to early and it got stuck in my actual brow and my hair, after that she started trying to pull the wax off the remaining wax with tweezers, it was super sore and around my eye brows/eyes are bright red and almost looking like there going to blister. I will not be returning here I’m extremely disappointed.
