★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick 15 min application of SNS with no preparation performed. (should take at least 45 mins) No offer of a beverage as displayed on their website, had to ask and very reluctantly given a herbal tea. Nails fell off 10 days later. I tried contacting them several times and emailed twice to ask for a redo or refund but no answer. Will never be back and will be spreading the word. Waste of $65

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with the service I received from Tessa at the New Market branch! This was my first time at this particular store and these are the best acrylics I have ever had. Tessa was very friendly and extremely gentle. We had good conversations throughout the duration of the service which took an hour and a half and she made sure I was happy with the shape, length and colour of my nails. I will definitely be back regularly to see her. I could not be happier! Have already recommended this place to so many people after receiving so many compliments on my nails. Thank you so much Tessa & The Art of Nails Newmarket! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an okay mani pedi here but smudged the toenail polish and did not use a foot bath, just sprayed sanitizer on my feet then got to it. They charged to remove previous SNS on my fingers, then were grumpy about having to remove it. Nice range of colours, the person who served me was so kind. The timing was poor and the manager I assume was not helpful to me and my friends. The gel is peeling on day two…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was great. I loved how my nails were done. I hope they last the recommended time (2-3 weeks). Maybe the spa massage could’ve been longer but in general great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of Art of nails has the best customer service. Good quality acrylic nails with gel polish finish. No problems with breakage and lasts 3 weeks in between backfills. Gigi is amazing. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady was nice but nails were for some reason not setting right (dip powder), one specifically bad. Manager came over and had to fix all of them and when finishing up said that the main bad one was still “patchy”. When paying she only gave a 10% discount which I was shocked at, seeing as I was leaving with less than perfect nails. I Was there for almost 2 hours for dip powder on natural nails. Pretty unimpressed with this compensation for time and less than satisfactory nails. I like to think I’m a pretty understanding person. will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 out of 5 stars. Would never recommend anyone to come here. Will definitely not ever come here again. Booked in for a gel take off as well as an express manicure. The take off took over an hour to do and I ended up not even able to get the complete manicure because of how long it took. The lady that I was originally assigned to was nice but then she handed me to another lady to take off the rest of the gel. When I went to pay, she said the fee was $50 for only doing the take off service with shaping and a nail nutrient coating (didn’t even do my cuticles) because it was a dip gel take off and then I got handed over to the manager who essentially just said well that’s our price you can look on our website. I have been to a lot of nail salons and chose this one due to convenience but I can positively say I have never felt more ripped off. Not even with inflation should a take off service be $50. Maybe they are just don’t know how to do gel take offs but I have never ever sat in a chair for over an hour just for this service and have never ever had this ridiculous pricing anywhere else.
