★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a few times to get a pedicure, relaxing foot massage and the staff are kind. I haven’t felt rushed usually I meet a friend there to get pedicures and catch up. The massage chairs are standard what you usually would expect, who doesn’t love massage chair. Pedicure lasts a few months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the girl who did my manicure and pedicure . She was very helpful and had great ideas about the look I was wanting. My shellac manicure lasted 3 weeks and my pedicure 5 weeks .
Great service , nice atmosphere and good quality products ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and the service is hit and miss. So now I go in when I know certain nail technicians are in. Caution though when it is very busy you get a rush job - but insist on ensuring you get what you want. Kelly has joined the team and for the first time she advised me on what would be nice on my nails vs giving me what I think I need. She’s really pleasant. The Korean ladies are delightful but the male nail tech is unfriendly. Pet peeve is when they have their phones during service.
Overall if it wasn’t for some of the nail techs that are still there and the friendly service at most times I would be elsewhere. The 2 hour free parking is a huge bonus and it is clean and they have a huge selection of colours to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here always deliver great service. They can be real busy though so best to book an appointment first. Another great thing is there's 2 hours free parking at Westfield, oh and they open late too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took My 5yr old Daughter to the Sushi Train (her favourite) and she also wanted to get her nails painted. Paid the $15, and the nail lady told Miss 5 to go choose a colour. Miss 5 returned excitedly with 4 colours. The lady then said, that it would be another $5 because she chose extra colours. Of course I didn't want to let Miss 5 down, so I paid the extra. But seriously, this was nothing more than a quick thinking money making opportunity. And something I would expect from the back streets of Legian. The job took roughly 5 minutes, and she did a good job of the painting, and was pleasant enough. Once finished, she advised us to wait 10 minutes so they could dry. The shop was clearly busy, all seats were taken. And as new customer arrived, she felt Miss 5's nails and advised her she could leave. The paint was still soft to touch, but regardless, we were ushered out quickly. I've been here a couple of times before for acrylics, and was reminded why I don't come here any more. This is not how we do business in New Zealand.

When I've had a long day at work and my nails look like trash, I know it'll be turned around by the great, efficient service but this talented company. Thanks for always making my nails look the best and giving me sound advice when I cant pick a nail colour or want to know how to look after my nails. Mia is the best of the best. Julia-Ruth x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my nails done here by Gabbie .. the friendliest and most lovely person I have ever met in nail industry in past 9 years… she was very gentle and professional and extremely friendly.. I loved her service and definitely this is going to be my every time go to place from now onwards and definitely recommend my friends and family to use service here.. thank you Gabbie for being so accommodating even though I walked in last minute and being so nice and polite and for not rushing through my nails..
