They are pretty flexible with when purchases are made and when the product is picked up - extremely helpful given the airport location.
Have bought 2 watches from Partridge Auckland airport already and look forward to coming back.

The staff is very friendly and professional and I want to say a special thanks to Helena who helped me purchase a ring recently catering best to my choice, needs and budget. I personally feel that the quality of gemstones at Partridges is exceptional and it is a must go for jewellery lovers and gemstone lovers like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Partridges, especially Helena who looked after me when I was flying overseas gave me fantastic service. I explained I was looking for a particular watch and to my surprise Helena called me to say they had one for me .They arranged for my daughter to collect watch a week later when they were flying out from Auckland.
The whole experience was enjoyable and everything was done to facilitate the collection and purchase very easily.
When I arrived back with my new watch I popped into the Newmarket store where they removed a couple of links to fit my wrist, again great service.
I am now looking for another watch ( Rolex ) which I have asked Partridges ( Helena ) to let me know when they receive the model I am after.

Had the most pleasant experience buying a time piece at the Partridge Jewellers Store at Auckland Airport. Lily was extremely courteous and helpful is helping me select the time piece. Would recommend anyone who is flying out of Auckland airport to visit their store for an excellent overall experience.

Last week I got a call from April at the Queen Street Rolex Boutique with the fantastic news that they had one in store for me. I picked the watch up yesterday and the experience was fabulous.
