The website is easy to navigate and instant confirmation or your order is given.

Walked off the plane, went to the collection desk and picked up my goods. Simple as that.
When you get off a flight, its so much easier to just pick up your shopping than drag your hand luggage etc and look for things. (The staff are very helpful if you do the latter)

Also had to change my order to pick up on arrival instead of when I depart as ordered. Absolutely no problem for these guys. Such good service!
