★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in the store to look round was interested in getting a ring, none of the staff even said hello or even acknowledged my presence.
Went outside and looked at display window they had some nice rings at really low prices, however when I went back in store none of rings were the same and no where near as cheap, seemed a bit of a tease. Again 2nd time in none of the staff spoke to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy watch for a 60th birthday gift, had to wait for sometime to be serviced. They had deal.going to spend more than 50 get a gift. Spend 175 got nothing the lady who served knew about the promotion going as she was manager. But ignored it, not saying I needed the gift but follow what you sell. Plus learn some ways of sale tactics, should ask for price range design and whom its for. Then show the products not to wait for customers to choose and all you do it take them out of cabinet n hand it over.

We’ve bought a watch for my husbands birthday and few weeks later the straps started coming off, when we went to the shop and asked to exchange or repair they stated that they’re only resellers and the warranty of watch does not include straps? They were extremely rude while talking to us and offered to send it to official distributor to repair but we’d have to pay the full price for it which was quite shocking as well. Pad odd stuff told that they’re only resellers and they don’t take responsibility for the damaged stuff which is little bit shocking. We are not a complaint kind of people but the way the problem was handled was extremely disappointing! We’ll never buy anything of Pascoes again and will make sure that none of our friends will get into their trap!
