I have been using Paul's since buying my Condor drone 8 months ago.I have had great service and backup (thanks Jamie) it's a relief to have a team of such knowledgeable staff ready to help and trust.

Very helpful team. Went in to look at options to use my media drone (mavic 2 pro) for fishing. They set me up with a spooled reel, trace rack, 3 hook back bone and a huge amount of advice. The mavic 2 has limited carrying capability and they were sure to let me know so I didn't crash my drone. 3 snapper and one shark first day out = happy customer!

Such a sick store!! I went in as a complete fishing noob and have never felt more welcomed to a store in my life! With previous recent experiences at fishing shops I found they were all pretty intimidating and didn't really pay much attention to you if you didn't know what you were talking about but at Pauls it couldn't be more different! Super helpful staff who put customer car far before sales and are full of helpful tips and tricks too...always willing to go above and beyond on advice and helping customers pick the right gear for the job. They never care about trying to make customers buy the most expensive option or tell them to upgrade and spend more money, instead they just want to make sure you get the best option for you regardless of whether they're losing sales on it. Would 100% recommend!

I ordered a boat longline click and collect. I know these guys have been hit with covid and have been under the pump working to fulfill orders so understood it took a while. They went way beyond great service when they were on deck again. One of the guys (forgot him name) dropped it to my address on his way home after a busy day He was polite and we spoke a bit about fishing etc..That's service!!!

As a keen fisherman of all types of fishing, I have like many others have become been hooked on drone fishing. From my first purchase 2 years ago and as a novice to drones. The Paul's fishing team have been there, always with helpful advice and tips. I recently had a few issues with my condor drone doing things that it shouldn't. so on their advice I sent my drone up for a once over. Jamie did a fantastic job in asking all the right questions and coming up with the solution. I though I was going to be in for an expensive repair bill or at least 2 new batteries but they team sorted out the glitches and have been told no new batteries or expensive repair bill. It is the putting right that counts and I will be telling all other fisherman where to go to get the best service and deals Awesome guys and thumbs up

More important than finding an outlet that sells these sophisticated engineered machines, ‘Fishing Drones’, is the experience and knowledge available from the staff and being able to ask questions. Information not mentioned in the documentation and unlikely to be found in videos. For example, recommending a compass calibration when arriving at the fishing site, ensuring at least ten satellites communicate with your remote controller before flying. Losing an expensive drone for the lack of simple, straightforward explanations will ruin your day. My experience was that a well-known fishing franchise branch was happy to take my money on buying a Slash Drone 4 but had little advice to offer, and some of it dangerous, like telling me that the spinning blades would hurt but not cut my fingers off. I haven’t tested, but I am confident I would lose fingers. It was suggested I read the manual and watch videos. I still struggled to make it all work, as shown in the videos. That’s when I decided to drop in at Paul’s Fishing Systems for some answers even though I had not bought my drone there. A brilliant idea of mine, because after having a good chat and demonstration given by Jamie, I was a lot wiser and more confident about flying this salubrious bit of fishing gear. I should have driven the longer distance in the first place to get the advice. It is not like buying just hooks and sinkers, although I am sure Paul’s fishing Systems could also give better advice than most others.
