I had bought a fishing rod for $150 and I did not use it at all, I went to fishing tried it and did not work for me as I got confused with using it I went back the next day to exchange for another one but they didn’t exchange for me. The owner was very rude to me to me and could not even help me to fix the line so I know how to use it he did NOT help me at all. Anyone is wanting to go buy fishing stuff I do NOT recommend you to go there!! They are very rude and they don’t even let you finish talking. They do not have a good customer service. They do not even deserve 1 STAR. Very very disappointing. Even if you could not exchange NO NEED to speak to me like that.

They have to be one of the best tackle shops in Central Auckland in my experience. Good prices, but most of all, great customer service. Patient, knowledgable, fun, etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed in the customer service, I have been going to them every second day, although one of the guys (tall) one is helpful. The other (short bald) guy is extremely rude, he looks frustrated when you ask him questions. He does not want to help, infact he would not even suggest which products will be good. I was a regular customer, and have been going there often like I said almost second day, but I will be going somewhere else. Its very important that you improve your customer service and how you speak to your customers, they are the one who give you business.
