★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude. Nobody says hello and I stood at the front counter for a good five minutes with two staff members standing behind the counter fully ignoring me. Why would I spend money there. It's happened three times in a row that I've gone in there. Lesson finally learned, I won't be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service took my vacuum in for a repair and was attacked by 3 employees 1 being the manager. Shouting at me aggressively arguing about the vacuum saying I vacuumed up liquid after I told them no I didn’t. 3 of them all ganged up on me one of them talking so fast and shouting that she was out of breath and red in the face. Glaring at me and refusing the explain the situation to my partner cutting us off and won’t let us talk. They weren’t even vacuum specialists only Noel leeming employees and the manager stood by not doing anything as his two unprofessional employees yelled at me and made a scene everyone in the shop was staring. They would not stop even after I said you’re being very aggressiveand unprofessional. So embarrassing for you, please train your staff better I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and wouldn’t dream of treating a customer like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to this specific store by my Insurance company for a replacement phone. I was informed that the specific phone I wanted would take just over a week (and I was given a specific date), that I would be contacted. It's well over a week, with no contact. I have made several attempts to call the store (on their 97000 extension) and was transferred many times to their Customer service phone line. There were several times when some one picked up the phone then hung up. Finally, a lady answered the phone and I left a request for the Indian guy "Shai" to call me back. I'm still waiting! Such a waste of valuable time, and as a paying customer, I feel undervalued by these people. I would recommend trying another company and business. This will be the last time I use these people, even though my Insurance company. ??

Knew his tech and gave honest info. Lots of low stock because... Covid (like everywhere else), but Wesley made every effort to locate and/or ship in instead of brushing me off. ??
