โ โ โ โ โ Looks clean place but the owners are not professional.
They are frying fish and chips in the same frier which is affecting the chips taste. My fish was over cooked.
Their clothes are not very clean and they are not using uniform.
In my idea this place is over rated and the food is over priced.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is below average. Cheap burger buns. Frozen horrible tasting meat patties. Chips not good. Like all places that offer everything, they tend to nothing well. Certainly the case here. It is by no means cheap either so I was very disappointed. If you want burger and fries then BurgerFuel is far far better.
I did have a battered fish last time that was about what you would expect for the price.

โ โ โ โ โ The most amazing burgers and chips. I ordered the crumbed chicken burger and an angus burger. Great size, good value and the chicken wasn't processed! Perfect place to stop in and grab food to take to the domain. I will definately be back to try more from the menu.

โ โ โ โ โ The toasted sandwiches are the best thing at this shop. Apart from being white bread, they are good portions and taste pretty good. The gourmet burgers aren't bad either, if you can afford one. The guy on the hot plate takes care about his cooking and he even fries the cheese, but the classic steak and egg burger has no meat paddy, the lettuce isn't fresh and the egg is always way overcooked. The fish is fresh, but the batter is a bit disappointing. The oysters tasted a bit off too. The chips are ok, but you really don't get much for your money. I mean, how much does it cost them for a little bit of potatoe? It would have been n nice to walk away feeling full, but overall, not a bad place to go. The staff have always been really friendly. With a few improvements, this place could be awesome. Let's hope they read these reviews

โ โ โ โ โ Out of all the fish and chip shops this is definitely a gourmet selection. Bit pricey but so worth every cent we drive out 3 times a year from pukekohe just to have this best option for me is the battered oysters can still taste the ocean juicy and fat. Chips perfect, fish wasn't to bad hot dog was great and so was the burgers!! Great service overall great shop!

โ โ โ โ โ Been eating here for over 20 years, after the last two occasions I will never go back. New owners have not got it sorted. Burnt fish of the day. Burnt fritters (how hard can it be). Soggy chips that tasted of old oil and fish. Sad as was some of the best takeaways for miles. Gave it three chances, in the last 2 months. Never again. Please learn to cook correctly, change your oil. Don't burn your food, and maybe you may survive. I don't see it really.

โ โ โ โ โ As good as any fish and chip shop in Auckland. We typically have fish, chips, potato and pineapple fritters, fish cakes and spring rolls, and all of it is top quality every time. The fish in particular is what matters most to me and it is always cooked just right - firm, with a crisp batter. Generous servings and friendly staff.
