★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month or two ago, i brought a 2013 toyota prius c from the auction from your branch.
I came to turners cars with my father for my appointment to test drive the toyota prius. When the worker Louis ( tall, glasses) drove the car to us getting it ready for us to test drive but we saw the fuel tank was nearly empty so we had to go tell louis which then louis had to fill up the tank, not a good start...
After test driving the prius, my father had an appointment to test drive a honda civic the same hour. A different employee drove and parked the honda civic near my father to get it ready. Before we got into the honda civic for the test drive, we both had a look at the outside of the vehicle and tyres and i soon realised the employee who left the car ready for us to test drive have left the car in reverse with the handbrake on. Another bad impression to customer service. I was very unhappy about the customer service, not a good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an ugly service they have, we made the test drive booking at Sunday 4pm, drive all the way from howick to north shore, but the Indian guy Dan Fernandes refused us for test drive because they don't have enough stuff. What a wasting time.
Update: we did have a test drive in the end, the head office ringed Dan after I wrote this review. Hopefully they can get better organized in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the experience at Turners North Shore excellent. I had an appointment with Cash Now Consultant Graham Thomson. Even in the middle of all the Covid Restrictions the appointment started on time and was professional and well transacted. There was none of the histrionics, wailing and gnashing of teeth normally associated with used car transactions. I got the price I was hoping for. I highly recommend Graham and this organization to anyone wishing to sell their car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worst experience in testing a car. Appointment made at 9.30 am but we have to wait for twenty minutes to start. No one talks to us during the waiting time. Customer service persons are chatting and laughing in the office. After the testing, when we are asking the details of the car, the customer service person who attends us can not even answer the questions. The best part is when leaving the branch, one of the customer service person is driving the car but block our way out to chat with another person. When I remind them, he just horn back. Obviously, the rude behavior is the culture of the Turners. I will not consider Turners to buy any cars. It's a rude company!

I had a great experience selling our car here.
The offer was made after just 10 minutes of inspection and was well within the range what I was looking for.
The handing over of the car to the salesperson was hassle free and quick.
The salesperson gave me great advice and was in no rush to make a quick deal.
Highly recommended for selling ones car quickly.
