โ โ โ โ โ I was so worried about getting all the activities done that I wanted when I got to Queenstown and went to Peterpans as I was recommended from a restaurant. This has got to be the most professional and helpful place I have been while traveling. The girls in there were superb, really helpful and made mine and my girlfriends experience here so rememberable. The best thing is that we were also able to book stuff on the East Coast of Australia as that was our next destination. Thank you so much!

โ โ โ โ โ Popped into Peterpans before we left Queenstown looking for so advice and ideas on what to do in Auckland. We were met by Charlotte. She was super friendly and professional. She had great knowledge of the area and the best trips suited for us. She booked the Hobbiton for us which was such an amazing experience. She made it so simple and stress free! Would defiantly recommend calling in to see her!

โ โ โ โ โ My sister and I walked into Peter Pan 5 minutes before closing time and was greeted by Laura. She stayed open later than necessary just to help us book what we wanted. She answered all of our million questions and booked us on all of the best activities in Queenstown. We LOVED all of our excursions and she even went on one with us! (Talk about customer service). Definitely recommending to a friend or two.

โ โ โ โ โ Arrived to Queenstown completely on my own and the team were so nice and welcoming!
They invited me to their party nights so that I could meet more backpackers, as there didnt seem to be a lot round town. This meant I met loads of people which made my experience in Queenstown even more incredible.
I dealt directly Charlie and Katie in the shop.
They got me some really good deals on all the local activities and helped plan my full New Zealand trip round the North and South Island.
I was approached by a few different travel agents while in town, but Peterpans werent pushy, unlike some of the others...
I would highly recommend Peterpans to anyone traveling New Zealand and Australia. They truly are the experts in travel.

โ โ โ โ โ I came to Queenstown with no idea what to expect and not knowing anyone, and was somewhat nervous to go to a travel agency as one of the other agencies in Queenstown had tried to sell me blatantly overpriced experiences. When I came to Peter Pans they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and were very transparent with everything and all the different offers and prices I could find. I left with such great discounts on everything, and special shout out to Sabina for making me feel right at home and being friendly and super helpful!
Iโm going back to them when I want to travel Aus!
