β β β β β Most horrible experience. They lie outright. Bought a kindle that never turned on. Paid online but could not go to pick it up. My hubby went to pick the item up as I was in the hospital. When I checked the item later it never turned on. When emailed about the matter I received a phone call from the most rude and unprofessional lady on the phone that the auction just listed the item and never stated anything more. Well any one with a sane mind will expect that if there is an issue that the listing clearly states that otherwise it is always safe to assume that the device works fine. When explained her my situation she bluntly said too bad if you were in the hospital, it is not our problem. I can challenge that no one will bother to reply this comment as this is obviously not a 5 star rating but guys can't believe you rip innocent people off.

β β β β β I am a regular at the Thornton Monday and Thursday auctions. There are many bargains to be had at prices you should be happy with. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Keep your eye out for the monthly police recovered goods auction, they are where the best stuff is to be found.
