โ โ โ โ โ Bought a S22 ultra flip case in March and they sent the wrong case, lodged a return on website just after it arrived in April, but heard nothing back! ALSO emailed them twice over a month ago and still no reply!!
Terrible customer service, now stuck with a phone case I've paid for that I can't even use.

My daughter has been waiting on a phone case that was ordered start of February and now today she managed to break her phone as the case never arrived and we have had no communication. Absolutely disrespectful and no regard for how to treat customers. Let this be a warning to anyone who wants to order from this company.

โ โ โ โ โ Opps. Forget about below. Just had lovely phone call from Phone Parts. They are replacing the item. Initial delay was due to inaction by another staff member there.

I ordered a cover for a Samsung Flip phone. It arrived quickly but was faulty in its finish. Despite several emails with a photograph and a phone call I got no answer let alone service as to putting this right.
Very poor

โ โ โ โ โ Donโt buy from this place if youโre expecting any sort of help or communication concerning purchases youโve made because you will get none of that. I have bought stuff over a month ago and I am still waiting for it. I have emailed and tried to use their online support which have not helped at all. I will never buy from this place again and I will not recommend them

Ordered a tablet case with buletooth keyboard and touchpad (possibly the wrong one but pretty sure I put the details in correctly). 3 months later and after plenty of unanswered emails I finally get thru on the phone and they tell me they cant get that case and change it out for one without a touchpad (slight refund my way). case turns up and its the wrong one for my tablet. send it back at my expense and find out i get a store credit minus a 15% restocking fee??. tried to use the store credit (apparently it doesnt cover any of the postage) but the transaction now wont go thru on the website. extremely frustrating.

โ โ โ โ โ Placed an order 15th March for a screen protector (it's now 17th APRIL - 34 days since I ordered). I emailed 29th of March, as my order STILL hadn't been sent and my toddler cracked my phone's screen. I sent them an email on Facebook and via their website email to cancel the order - NO REPLY - sent them a message on Instagram asking them to cancel my order as it still hadn't been sent and there was no point to have a screen protector now, seeing my screen was cracked. They replied "email the website to cancel" my order for the screen protector (Which I ALREADY did). 15 days later, on the 13th April I get an email to state it's been sent!! Extremely disappointed with their service and now I have a screen protector arriving, that I don't need, but gave them PLENTY of notice to cancel. RIDICULOUS

โ โ โ โ โ Hi, This firm is fantastic. I ordered a phone wallet for my granddaughter for Christmas. They rang me direct to say that the colour she wanted was not in stock. We picked a different colour and it was sent the same day. I ordered on a Tuesday and received it the next day. Wednesday. Brilliant service as it was three days before Christmas. Brilliant service.
