One month later - New screen failed and returned to shop in Hornby. Saurabh was not interested and tried to say that the guarantee was not valid! The screen had gone almost completely black. He tried to say that it was damaged because I had 'pressed too hard". This guy was quite serious!!
I went around to Vodafone and they assured ma that the screen was in perfect condition and that I was being given a 'load of 'bull****' and that Phone Zone were simply refusing to honour the 6 month guarantee.
These people are fine when they are taking your money in the first instance but don't want to know you if anything goes wrong! Steer clear of this outfit people. The good news is that I have emailed all of my contacts to advise what a shoddy outfit this is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought multiple different screen protectors from Phone Zone for myself and my family members and the higher quality screen protector (comes in a yellow sleeve) offers great protection! They also have a range of different cases that are both stylish and durable, the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and have great recommendations for which product can protect your phone the best.
I really appreciate the team at Hornby Phone Zone and would not go anywhere else for cases, screen protectors etc, the staff are friendly, professional and will help you in anyway they possibly can (including applying the screen protector for you which we all know can be a super fiddly/annoying task!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in as I had broken my screen. Did it straight away. Service was friendly and efficient. 2 weeks later the screen went faulty. Went back and they replaced it straight away. No problems at all. I would definitely go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the "Apple quality" screen repair, screen went faulty within two weeks, they would not replace it (Said I damaged the motherboard), got a second opinion, replaced the faulty screen and now it's fine. I want my money back from these scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a phone charge cable worth 30 dollars a couple of weeks ago. The phone slipped off the table while charging resulting the chip break straight away. As much as I can understand it’s considered as physical damage, I have much concern about the quality of the product I purchased as I had 7 dollars cable from Kmart before which lasted much longer than this one that is is supposed to be more durable and stronger (you pay for what you get right?) took back to the shop and no surprise they refused to replace due to physical damage and asked me to purchase another one. Hell no! Why would I want to buy another one paying 30 dollars that only last for two weeks? I would give zero star if I was allowed. Sorry phonezone you have lost me and I hope non of my friends or friends’ friends will ever go and visit you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damaged my phone MORE "repairing it". Went in to get my screen re-glued into the frame as there was a small wedge of light emanating from the screen coming away from the base of the phone. When I went to pick it up I was told the screen had been broken in the process of fixing it so they replaced it for free. Saurabh was lovely but on the day I picked it 2 days later another man gave it to me covered in shoddy glue around the frame, the glass of the camera missing - and a chunk of the frame missing. He blamed me for the frame being "broken" beforehand when it was perfectly intact when Saurabh showed it to me and before being brought in. Honestly ruined my week entrusting a small problem into hands that ultimately worsened it.
