★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My charge port was on the fritz, I called around a few other places and i was getting quotes of over $150 and some even had a 3 day wait for parts... The guy at phone zone fixed it within an hour for $50, and he even cleared out my speaker while he was in there for no extra charge. Great customer service, Great price and quick service, why would you go anywhere else.

But at Phone Zone Whangarei, their specialist Paras not only installed Windows 10 and Microsoft Word within a day, and also explained how to work with these programs in a very clear and accessible way. All was done for a very reasonable fee.
I am 73 years old and I am not an expert in computers! But I was very pleased with such a friendly and attentive approach. I’m happy with my really NEW laptop. Thank you so much!
