β β β β β Wonderful way to have a short stay away from the City that feels like a luxury stay far away. Incredible unique site. Love all the little touches and the outdoor bath must have one of the best views in New Zealand, if not the world.

Pipinui Point is breathtakingly beautiful, the views, the hot tub, the farm walks and attention to detail inside and out make this location very special. Thank you Tom for sharing this slice of paradise with us. We are definitely coming back and have recommended it to our friends too.

β β β β β Highly recommended, only twenty minutes from Johnsonville. We spent one night and it felt like a week and came back to Wellington feeling very relaxed. Accommodation is very comfortable, clean, cosy and well set up for self catering. Drinking champagne in the bath overlooking the straits was a highlight. Would recommend this to anyone needing a short stay away from the daily grind.

β β β β β This tucked away location is a hidden gem. Tom was very accommodating and eager to make our stay memorable. The accommodation is stunning and well appointed. The house was toasty warm on arrival, a blustery wet day in our case. Every thing you need is already thought of and the bed linen was gorgeous. We ordered the chefs dinner which we had to cook for a few short minutes and it was exquisite! Highly recommend this luxury destination.

Bubbles in the outside bathtub is something Iβll remember for a long, long time.
Everything about our stay here was perfect. The accommodation is super comfortable, the fire is epic, and the antipasto board was superb.

What a place to renew and refresh oneβs spirit and soul. It allowed us to totally emerge ourselves in the landscape
and in the environment without any distractions apart from the amazing views of water, earth and sky.
Everything from accommodation, food, hot tub was perfect plus.
We could continue to wax lyrical about this place BUT just make a booking and GO. It is absolutely world class
