★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza are usually great from here but every now and then they get it wrong and Pizza comes out under cooked or my GF Pizza is over cooked. Not often enough for us to not go there though. ?

Couldn’t offer their hotdog special combo and refused to offer the deal w/o the hotdog crust.
1/10 just go to domino’s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, ordered a delivery to my Hotel and they dropped at reception and left. No call or message to say this, 30 mins later I call to follow up and get told they dropped it off. No sorry, nothing. Cold dinner was not enjoyable and TBH should have refunded me. Won't be dealing with them again.
If I could give less than one star I would.

Alert this Pizza Hut has Limousine pizza on the menu staff said unfortunately we don’t have any pans left then they made another excuse saying they need to make the dough and then I asked to speak to the Manager and he advised due to COVID we are short staffed and unable to make Limousine pizza. My sister also had problems when she was here and ordered limousine pizzas. Take this off your menu if you are not able to make it. I have been a Dominos girl but my son really likes Pizza Hut. Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight, my best friend and I didn't feel like going anywhere, so we figured we'd order in. We ordered onion rings, garlic bread, chicken tenders, hash bites and chocolate mousse. The order was late, the garlic bread appeared to be sprinkled with sugar and tasted horrible, and they took the money and didn't bring the chicken tenders. I called several times to complain and only got a busy signal every time. My friend and I think they must get so many complaints that they just take the phone off the hook. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY SCAMMED US TEN DOLLARS.
Only gets two stars and not one because the food they did bring apart from the garlic bread was hot and reasonably good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to order limo pizza as advertised on menu with reply no pan , so I questioned what they meant by that they said no more pans then I asked but it's advertised on your menu, reply on no dough made, I said what's difference between normal dough, they answered oh we low in staff. Too many excuses, they should advertise limo pizza limited customers only. Not impressed best to go dominos down the road.

Server handled our cash into the till with her food safe gloves on, then headed back over to knead the dough.
Sorry but in these times food hygiene is super important.
You failed on a massive scale.
Please advise in response below how you will fix this important part of your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worker not wearing her Mask property and has hair down and jewelry on well cutting pizzas box wasn’t even put together right , pizzas tasted plain and not even worth 6.50 domino’s do better pizza and customer service , come on PIZZA HUT get it together!!!
