S	Stephen Lasham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place disappointing. Temperature inside was way to hot, and the service was poor. The pizza itself was okay. This is a good place to feed the whole family if you are wanting to share the biggest pizza they make, which serves six, and they are okay with you ordering a half and half so you don't have to have it all the same. If they can up the service and add an air conditioner to make the inside temp acceptable this place would be much better.

To the owners of the store, this guy knows his stuff, and then to serve us with a smile with only 2 ppl running your show.. he is awesome..keep up with the great service and and great food quality

Unlike most design your own pizza options at other restaurants you are definitely not being stiffed on price or toppings here. Their pizzas also come in a selection of sizes. Hoping to come back and try their meter long size. They also have other items/sides on the menu. But the pizza was definitely the star of our visit. Staff are also extremely friendly and full of suggestion. If you even remotely like pizza you will like this place!
G	Gary Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called in for lunch and we ordered pizza and a beer and Coke Zero. The Coke Zero was flat and they opened 3 cans before realising was out of date. The owner Manager was so apologetic and he offered a free Corona beer as a thank you. The pizza in this restaurant is absolutely fantastic, the service was great and most of all they wanted to make up for the soft drink issue. I can’t speak high enough if the people and food here, come and enjoy the best pizza in Paihia

G	Good eats 2021 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In response to the owner: lol, you are not working from morning to night to make sure I’m enjoying my holiday, you’re lining/filling your pockets in the busiest time of the year due to summer, yet you think you can make rubbish pizzas with below the bare minimum of toppings AS SHOWN IN PIC … Instead of taking the feedback on board as given by the last 5-6 reviews which is 1-2 stars you write how nice we must be as people, get a grip - hopefully you’re still around after the summer break with local business, I think not if you’re providing the same slop ✌? Original review: For a place who call themselves pizza shack ….Average at best, same amount of toppings you’d find on a $5 dominos pizza with less seasoning and taste actually on this one Staff are nice enough. 1x cheeky chook pizza, chook non existent, bbq sauce used as a base sauce not a swirl on the top? 1x prosciutto pizza, wife said it was ok, nothing wow … I realise covid has affected every business, however it’s not an excuse to charge the same prices and provide below average food, you would’ve been subsided throughout the pandemic anyway ✌?
J	Junella Takimoana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Pizza! We tried a range of food while staying in Paihia and bought these 2 pizzas. The kid rock and the Salmon and cream cheese pizza. The best salmon pizza ever! Even though it doesn't look amazing it definitely tasted amazing. Nice thin, slightly crispy base. Partner and kids loved their pizza and it was the first thing to go. Every time I come back I'll be getting me a pizza.
