★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought item online from Albany store when went to Albany store they said its not in stock and will take another day to arrive for pickup, i walked myself to the isle and found the item was there , An Indian staff girl started making up excuse that may be its just arrived now , while my order still showing the item coming from somewhere else and will take time . What a waste of time , won’t be going to Albany warehouse again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor communication I know we’ve had a busy time but don’t take the money if you can’t deliver. Can’t get hold of anyone one hour wait on the phone I emailed and the response was we’ll get into touch in 5-10 days really poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the biggest warehouse at the North Shore..they are making changes to the shop layout and everything is mixed, so lucky we got 50% for the yellow tags. Love shopping at the warehouse and grab many cheap bargains..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Their website shows an item as being in stock - but when you get there after driving half-way across the city, there are none. Also, they never, ever answer the phone if you try to ring them. Hopeless organisation.

Ended up walking out and going to Noel Leemings to buy 2x printers. Website has multiple different printers on their website, but when we went in, there were only 2 types.
