★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked via phone call 5 days prior but when we got there, the place was closed.
Not a single notice that they will not open on that day. Its really annoying having to travel so far just for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went Happy hour and paid $18 that goes towards food & drinks (so karaoke is free) the two ladies were super lovely but the guy needs to work on his customer service LOL drinks are usual price. Air con in the room isn’t good, even tho they said it was full blast but it’s not a good time trying to sing in a warm room. Song selection is quite limited, definitely needs an upgrade. Most songs were classics which is good but a bigger variety would have been better. Who doesn’t have Whitney Houston’s I wanna Dance with somebody??!! The karaoke system to choose a song could also get a upgrade too, it was a bit slow & then you try to look up an artist like Mariah Carey only to have to search thru a few ‘M’s’ before you actually get to Mariah. We spent half the time queueing up songs bcos it was such a mission. Probably won’t go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick: what would bring this from 3 to 4 or 5 rating? A MUCH more usable digital interface to search for artists (bc seriously half to impossible) as well as just an ever-so-slightly louder volume so we can hear the music when singing. We actually REALLY missed the paper binders of songs after fighting with the selection machine for over an hour to build a playlist ... in the end we realised you could only reasonably search by song titles and even then if there's a song in English you're looking for, you might need to select the song with the artist name written on Chinese to hopefully get the song you're after. Very limited English song selection outside of those you'll find in the top 50 karaoke song playlists, and this is based on our group's experience at other karaoke bars nearby. Otherwise though, Po was much more modern and 'classy' in comparison from the bar to the rooms and furniture, but if you can't easily find songs, nothing else matters. They may still have some Groupon deals going on which are a Must Do if you're keen to come try it out, especially when grocery $10 bottle of wine is $48. They're also extremely prompt on kicking you out at your time limit, even mid song, which seemed a bit harsh when there was nobody queued up in the lobby ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 5 days beforehand only to find out that the place was closed, no updates or notice about the place closing at all. Tried to call them a lot of times but no one answered and no one called back. Very disappointing as 14 of us had to travel to Auckland expecting to have a good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked at least 5 days beforehand. Came to the place on the night of booking only to find the place dead closed. Tried calling any contacts of the place with no answer. No updates or notice about the cancelation or closing of the day/night. It sucks when you're not from Auckland, looking forward to a great night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Group of friends came down here because there was a voucher special. The place isn't hard to find even though there are road works just outside. The facilities are quite nice. Clean room and fairly soundproof. There was a console at one end where you could pick the songs and arrange the order. There was a decent selection of song in multiple languages. I was surprised at the selection of English Rock songs they had.
Had some snacks and they were ok. Not sure if you could order from the room but we ended up just heading out to grab food and drinks.
It was quite a nice place for karaoke.
