★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is run by teenagers who are standing around doing nothing. No hair tied back, no gloves. Taking cash then touching food. Waited 50mins then asked how much longer, told they hadn't even started it yet. Still be a while. How hard is it to put some chips and a piece of fish in a fryer? Other customers were walking out not even waiting for a refund. Products were sold out but they kept taking orders for them only to piss more customers off. The extraction fan was either not working or on, the place was full of greasy vapour to make your eyes sting. Absolute waste of time trying to support local business to only have to go get fast food for a now bored and hungry cranky child who's treat was chosen to have fish n chips. The counter top was filthy and sticky. No apologies for delays or explanations. No basic hygiene protocols seemed to be followed. Place was a state! Will never go back and will make sure others steer clear of this pathetically run business. At this rate I expect to see an empty shop for lease soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my regular chippie. Unfortunately the last two visits have been terrible. Ist we were told that the 2 half scoops we had ordered were put in 1 parcel. On opening this was not the case. There was only a half scoop, items were missing. I tried to phone but they weren't answering.
When I phoned the next week with our order, I explained to the girl who took my order and asked for the missing items that had been paid for the previous week.
Order was for 5.pm pick up, at 5.15 it wasn't ready, they had charged for everything. When I spoke to the girl who took my order, she told me that she had added extra items.
The gourmet chicken burger, had chicken, lettuce and tomato and sauce. Not what is advertised.
There were no additional items in the parcel, the girl lied to my face.
They kept mucking up the order so it wasn't ready till after 5.30. Very disappointing, won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since the owners changed its been horrible i went there tonight the chips were soggy as, basically only half cooked, they left out my fish and they wrapped my hotdog and meat pattie with the mussels and scallops so everything was just soaked in fish juice also the teenagers I was served by could use some better customer service skills ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So after trying for an hour to get through by phone I hope into the car and go there to find the shop shut. Thinking unusual for a Wednesday night. Disappointed kids. Not the first time I might add. Google says you are open???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse fish and chips I've ever had, the fish was over cooked and no longer even fish the chips were passable and all very greasy.
Won't be back, a leason in checking reviews before going somewhere new would have saved a trip and bad food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this place and highly dissapointed. I asked for just a plain (breaded or battered) chicken burger with only lettuce and Mayo. The young girl taking my order had to check with others (a few times) which chicken burger option I was after and agreed it was the "real chicken burger". Hubbie got a cheese burger. Got home only to find my burger had Pinnaple, beetroot and onion in it as well which had made the Bun completely soggy. The chicken was thin with a light bread crumb that was pale and soggy, I couldn't bring myself to even eat half of the burger. Hubbies cheese burger also had beetroot in it and was soggy. The meat had a funny flavour and when he pulled out the pattie it had a gross grizzly and sloppy texture to it, he also couldnt finish his. The 2 scoops of chips were okay, they were crinkle though not proper chips and the jam roll was okay but was quite dry as only had some jam right in the middle, so both ends were completely dry. Definately wont be back, the young girls there dont seem to know what they are doing at all. By far the worst chipper order I have ever experienced, wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I would have stayed well clear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting. Fish had no taste, just the texture of a biting into a silicone mold. We ordered chips but got a collection of old Fat suggesting the vat had not been cleaned !!Were always dodged up about this dump, never knowing what we're going to get? no more worry, No more going !!!
