★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your order to arrive in a timely manner (or at all in our case) then I would highly recommend AVOIDING this place at ALL costs.
We made an order for 2 Funkoverse games on the 29th of April 2022, I followed up on the 4th of May as I had not received a delivery confirmation and on the 5th still no response but suddenly half the order had been refunded because of stock issues (all good is what it is, it is their response that is the issue) but that the remainder of my order would be sent ASAP. we get to the 9th of May and still no confirmation so I messaged again... no response... then again on the 11th of May when someone finally responded and told us to make up for the delayed response that the full order would be refunded and sent. Now we are at the 18th of May still heard/ received nothing so I messaged again. They finally decide to reply and say it was an issue with their Facebook messenger (which is a load of rubbish because since finding that out NOTHING has changed) and that they would chase it up and get back to me "shortly" with an update.... today is the 28th and still nothing, I am not even expecting anything anymore because it was fully refunded but that is beyond the point as I was never actually going to receive my order in the first place.
We made the most of the funkoverse special while it was on and now we have missed out on other specials because of this shocking customer service and not knowing if we are ever going to get our games or not. I totally understand staff shortages and delays but this is beyond a joke and despite excuse after excuse they have not made any effort to improve their service.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 2 months but they have only bothered to respond to 2 of my 8 messages/ emails so everyone should know what they are dealing with when "shopping" at pop stop.
Absolutely shocking.
