★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting glasses from OPSM and specsavers for years and thought I would try this small branch out. Awesome experience, didn't get the optometrist name, asian male and did say he is a relief optometrist so he does move around clinics. Great service , had some questions and he answered them all.received my glasses just over a week after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite, I'm going into the third week of waiting for my glasses, they don't know where they are? I hope they find them...At this point I wouldn't recommend them. Since this post they called me to tell me that it would take 3 to 4 weeks for progressive glasses to be made. This was never mentioned when I ordered them. I ordered the glasses on the 31st of March, it is now the 19th of April, so roughly 2 and a half weeks. This is ok, my issue is the way they talk to me when I called to ask where the glasses were? It wasn't until the 3rd phone call I made this morning, where they told me "it would take 3 to 4 weeks, and it has only been a week". I will be glad when this is over and I can get my glasses and move back to Bailey Neilson, who have their glasses made in Australia and delivered within 2 weeks. They are much more efficient and professional. They also told me that the other comments where people said that they had their glasses quickly were for single vision only. All of their glasses are manufactured in New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All downhill after we paid for my wife’s glasses. The lens was not done correctly and we were told the frame we chose is too thin for her prescription after we received the glasses! We are waiting for them to correct the lens and give us a proper pair of glasses we paid for. It’s been a month now and still no contact from them. As the old saying goes “You buy cheap, you buy twice”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the store when i had an accident and broke my glasses. Sumit served me and was extremely helpful and understood the urgency of my glasses. He squeezed me in for a checkup eye test and helped me pick a new frame. I left feeling very confident in my choice and only had to wait 2 days for my new glasses! So happy, will definitely be back ? Happy customer ?
