Dirty when i moved in, rusty kitchen floors, filthy bathrooms.
Gym equipment rusty and falling apart, swimming pool heating always broken.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Moved out a month ago and still haven't received bond back.

Your electricity provider is set. Only one company is able to provide the entire building with service.
If you try to set up power with another company, they will simply say that they can’t find this building in their database.
This company that provides power is Smart Power - therefore they can charge whatever price they want for electricity and hot water. Believe me, it is incredibly high.
